Welcome to Goumenos Guest House.
The following Terms of Use and Stay Conditions govern the use of our website and accommodation services. By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted these terms.
1. Reservations
Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting us directly.
A reservation is considered confirmed once a 30% deposit of the total accommodation cost has been received, according to the payment instructions provided.
The minimum stay is four (4) nights.
2. Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will not be refunded.
In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice), the deposit is also non-refundable.
3. Check-in & Check-out
To ensure a smooth arrival, guests are kindly requested to inform us of their estimated arrival time in advance.
- Check-in: After 14:00 and by prior arrangement
- Check-out: Until 1ι:00 noon
Keys are handed over personally at the property, where the host will welcome guests and provide all necessary information for a comfortable stay.
4. Payments
The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.
Please note that credit and debit card payments are not accepted at the property.
Available payment methods will be communicated during the reservation process.
5. Accommodation & Additional Amenities
Upon prior request and subject to availability, we can provide:
- Baby cots
for selected accommodation units.
6. Housekeeping
The residences are cleaned every five (5) days during your stay.
If you require fresh bed linen or towels before the scheduled housekeeping service, additional sets are available in each residence at no extra charge.
7. Pets
To ensure the comfort and quality of stay for all our guests, pets cannot be accommodated at the property.
8. Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all indoor areas of the residences.
Guests are welcome to smoke only in the designated outdoor areas.
9. Quiet Hours
To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, guests are kindly asked to respect the property’s quiet hours.
- Afternoon quiet hours: 15:00 – 17:00
- Night quiet hours: 00:00 – 07:00
10. Guest Responsibility
Guests are expected to treat the accommodation, its furnishings, equipment and shared facilities with care and respect.
Any damage resulting from negligence or misuse may be charged accordingly.
11. Personal Data
Any personal information collected during the reservation process is used solely for managing your booking and providing our accommodation services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
